I actually agree with your explanation, Escarietson. As a there would have been no way that the Puffs and the Ruffs are biologically related in any shape or form as they are made from different combinations from Chemical X but by two separate entities (Utonium and Mojo Jojo). As a Powerpuff Girls fan, This is easy to understand why. So in conclusion, This is agreeable, They are not Canon siblings as they are made of different thing like for the Girls. Sugar,Spice and Everything Nice. As for the Boys, They are made of Snips, Snails and Puppy Dog Tails. Thanks for providing me a solid explanation.

Oh, I am so sorry for your loss. I feel really personal for people who had cats die like your sister who also had a cat die last year, I also had a fair share of cats die peaceful deaths like one died because she was old and had to be euthanized. I would hope for the best that you can remember to cope with the reminder that death is inevitable and no one could escape it and Baal and Pucca are going to be friends in cat heaven.😢
